Severn Trent Management Services - Southeast offers a full range of municipal services, developed over our 20 years of experience in providing municipal services to governments in Florida.

– Severn Trent assisted in the establishment of the City of Weston in Southeast Florida from a community development district to a fully incorporated City. Severn Trent provided the personnel and expertise to establish and manage a full range of municipal services for the City.

• Severn Trent provides a variety of customized municipal services to local governments in the Southeast including: accounting and financial services, parks and recreational services including maintenance and recreational programming, infrastructure maintenance, customer relations and other support functions.
• Our accounting software meets and exceeds all governmental accounting requirements and also provides a wide variety of specialty reports and other unique features for our clients.
• Through our Operating Services - US group we offer a full range of utility services for municipal water and wastewater facilities. We currently operate and maintain nearly 90 facilities through public-private partnerships, providing water and wastewater services to over 1.2 million Floridians.
