Instrumental in creating Florida’s Chapter 190 community development district legislation in 1980, Severn Trent is responsible for establishing over half of Florida’s existing districts. Today, Severn Trent provides property management services to more than 100 districts and associations throughout Florida. Serviced through our six regional offices, each client receives additional support from Severn Trent’s network of regional and national resources.
Severn Trent is the only full-service management company providing this wide range of property management services with its own certified and licensed personnel, managing annual operating budgets in excess of $200 million.
